The Marine Law Symposium is a premier training event that will prepare you to navigate the legal aspects of recreational boating accidents.  In Anatomy of an Accident we will present five case studies of actual accidents and lawsuits that followed.

-You will receive a primer on the language of the litigators and insurance companies.

-Insurance experts and manufacturer representatives will discuss nuances the relationships necessary to protect you and your business in the event of a lawsuit or errors/omissions in your reporting.

-Marine law enforcement first responders will share their experiences concerning types of accidents they encounter, their responsibilities, required reporting, what experts and attorneys have access to, what happens to the boat, and what testimony they provide if they are on the stand.
