Is pleased to present

ABYC Systems Certification Fast Trac

December 10, 2014
At the RBEC Conference

In response to requests from students and employers, ABYC has created a pathway to certification that is quicker and more affordable!  Unlike the customary ABYC education programing which consisted of a 4 day class and a test, the Fast Trac is a option where most of the study work is done independently. Students come together for just one day for review and testing.  While classroom time is limited to one day December 10th, students will have access to the instructor via email during the study period preceding the review/test day.  There will also be two Webinars presented to the students by the instructor, Ed Sherman.

ABYC Systems Certification Fast Trac Description

The Systems Certification Fast Trac includes key information from 21 different ABYC Standards as they apply to boat component selection and installation. Best industry practices will be a part of the body of knowledge that a certified technician will be expected to be proficient in regards to Potable Water Systems, Waste Water Systems, Tanks, Plumbing, Electrical Installation, System Monitoring, Compressed Gas Systems for cooking and heating, Hydraulic Systems, AC and Refrigeration Systems, and Pump Systems.

Course Review and testing will be held on December 10, 2014, starting at 8:30am, at the following location:

Radisson Hotel at the Capitol, 111 N. Grand Avenue, Lansing MI 48933

You will bring you study guide to the one day review and testing.  This test is open book, you may use the study guide during the test.

THE SOONER YOU REGISTER, THE MORE TIME YOU HAVE TO STUDY and prepare for the review and exam. You will receive a study guide and have access to your instructor Ed Sherman via email throughout your study period for questions. The study guide and instructor's contact information and Webinar login information will be sent to you upon paid registration.
